These Terms & Conditions govern access to our website, www.zayrans.com, and purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable laws and statutory consumer rights.

1. About Zayra NS

Zayra NS is a lifestyle and shopping brand offering curated products, beginning with jewellery and accessories.

Our catalogue may expand into gifting, fashion, occasionwear and other lifestyle categories.

Products and services are available only when expressly listed for purchase or booking on our website.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, photographs, specifications and availability.

Actual product colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and screen settings. This does not limit remedies where products materially differ from their descriptions.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed as required before purchase.

Promotional offers, discount codes and special prices are subject to their published conditions.

4. Ordering

Customers must provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information.

An order may be held pending payment verification, product availability or delivery confirmation.

If we cannot fulfill an order after receiving payment, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate remedy or refund.

5. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Where manual UPI payments are offered, customers must transfer the exact order amount to Zayra NS's official business payment account.

Orders will be processed for fulfillment only after payment receipt has been verified.

Payment screenshots and transaction references may be requested to assist reconciliation.

Customers should never disclose banking passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs to Zayra NS staff.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Zayra NS initially delivers only to selected locations within Pune, Maharashtra.

Shipping charges, estimated timelines and delivery restrictions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are handled according to our published Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer remedies.

8. Future Services

Additional services, including rentals, may be introduced in the future.

Any such services will be governed by separately disclosed booking, rental, deposit, damage and cancellation conditions when they become available.

9. Intellectual Property

The Zayra NS name, original branding, website content, product photography and other original materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
